Admission Procedure

Criteria for Pre-Primary Classes:

• Minimum age for admission: 1) 2+ for Play School, 2) 3+ till 31st March. 1/2 year/ 3/2 year/ 4/2 till 31st March/
• Application must be accompanied by a birth certificate issued by Municipal Competent authority.
• Proof of Residence/Aadhar Card.
• Proof of reserved Quota 4 Passport size Photographs for 1st to XIIth class students
• Transfer certificate from the school last attended recognised by an appropriate authority.

Note : Date of Birth once entered in the school record cannot be altered under any circumstances.

Registration or admission for a particular class for which a student seeks admission depends on the basis of certain optimum norms/criteria following :

• Entrance test
• Physical fitness
• Medical/Oral Calibracy
• Academic Test
• Management reserves the right to accept/reject the admission.
• Minimum age for admission should be 2+ yrs for Play Group & 3 yrs. Pre Primary.
• Paste child's recent passport size Photograph on the application form.
• Proof of Date of Birth.

Proof of Residence/Aadhar Card Admission in Class XI will be provisional and it is finalízed after the declaration of Board Result. After the the result, eligible candidates have to submit their Class X Mark Sheet within 15 days from the date of declaration of result. Otherwise the admission will be cancelled.

The pupil will be examined by the Progress Report Card of the previous class passed or he will have to attend the entrance test according to the instructions of the príncipal for suitable class. In Classes XI and XIl, the students have to qualify the minimum % of marks for opting desired streams as follows:

For Science: 60% and above, For Commerce: 55% and above Subject For Humanities (Arts): 45% and above
